WOW! 2 incredible Day of Actions!
116 amazing volunteers gave of their time this summer at Central Coosa Elementary, Reeltown Elementary and Stephens schools (old Elementary and new Intermediate in Alex City) in support of our school and our community! From painting hallways, to cleaning walls and bathrooms, to pressure washing and several other projects, every hour volunteered and every helping hand made a lasting difference.
You didn't just complete projects...You invested in students....You supported educators....You strengthened our community. United is the Way!
None of this would have been possible without the incredible generosity of our sponsors:
- Martin Luther King, Jr. Committee of Alexander City
- Alabama Paper & Supply
- Home Depot #6889 – Alexander City
- Russell Do It Center – Alexander City
- Guardian Credit Union
- The Learning Tree
Each year, United Ways across the country participate in a National Day of Service called Day of Action. It's the perfect opportunity to roll up our sleeves and let our actions speak louder than words.
As soon as the dates and school locations for 2027 are set, we'll be sure to post here. Stay tuned and follow us on Facebook and Instagram for updates.
Volunteer Registration has ended for 2026.
