Meals on Wheels provides hot, nutritous meals to approved, home bound elderly and disabled clients who are unable to cook or prepare meals on their own. Meals are delivered 5 days per week within the city limits of Alexander City; pick up is available for those clients outside the city limits.

Sav-A-Life provides free pregnancy testing and assistance to women experiencing an untimely or crisis pregnancy. They also offer their "Earn While You Learn" program to expecting and new parents.
