By registering your group/organziation, you will be the main point of contact. We ask that you be responsible for sharing any/all important information about Day of Action, your chosen location details, etc. with your group. 

We will NOT be communitcating with your group members indivdually unless they register individually on the Volunteer Registration Form.

Group Members - Please list the first and last name of everyone who will be volunteering:
Are any of the volunteers with your group age 18 or under?
Important NOTE for age 17 & under volunteers:
If you checked YES to having volunteers age 17 and under, our office will reach out to you at the email provided to have you download the waiver and release form. This MUST be signed and brought to the Day of Action for EACH minor in your group. 
Day of Action t-shirts: Please indicate the number of shirts you need for all your group members. (All sizes are Adult Sizes)
