2023 United Way campagin - because of you!
We officially kicked off our 2023 Campaign - "Because Of YOU" - on Thursday, August 25 at the Betty Carol Graham Technology Center on the CACC Alex City Campus where we celebrated and announced our goal of $515,000 for this year.

Russell Brands/Fruit of the Loom really kicked things off as our Pacesetter with some creative incentives and activities to get their employees energized and excited about this year's campaign. They're creativity paid off as they announced they've already received donations and pledges totalling $31,428.43!!! AND they're not done yet!!! We can't wait to see what their final numbers are and are so very grateful to everyone at Russell Brands that has pledged and donated! Beacuse of YOU we'll be able to serve thousands across our communities.
We are gearing up full speed and getting ready to get back into our area businesses for their traditional workplace campaigns. We also be out and about at community events to help spread the word about United Way and all the great things our 27 agencies and 5 initiatives do for and in our communities. And we've got several great fundraisers planned throughout this campaign cycle, so we hope you'll join us!
